You retain ownership of all content you create using Content Factory. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

4. API Keys (BYOK)

When using the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature, you are responsible for the security and proper use of your API keys. We encrypt all stored keys but are not liable for any unauthorized use.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Content Factory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
